Customers must return all rented items on the agreed schedule and location. Late returns will incur a fee of ₱150 per hour or ₱800 per day, depending on the item. All items must also be returned clean and free from excessive dirt or stains; otherwise, cleaning or repair fees may apply.
How long does shipping or delivery take?
Delivery within Bulacan typically takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on distance and rider availability. If CAMP T.A.R.A. causes a delay of more than 2 hours, the customer may be eligible for a partial delivery fee refund.
CAMP T.A.R.A. does not ship internationally. We only deliver within Bulacan, specifically in Malolos City, Marilao, San Jose Del Monte, San Miguel, San Rafael, Norzagaray, DRT, Baliwag, and Pulilan. Deliveries outside these areas may be considered depending on rider availability.
Yes, customers may cancel or rebook according to our cancellation policy. Full refunds are granted for cancellations made 48 hours before the rental date, 50% refunds for cancellations within 24–48 hours, and no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before. Rebooking may be allowed once depending on schedule availability.
If an item is damaged, lost, or returned incomplete, the customer will be charged based on its current replacement value. Minor repairs may incur smaller fees, while severe damage or loss requires full replacement.
